1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Noctus platform at noctus.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Noctus. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Noctus Technologies Ltd.
2. The Noctus service
Noctus is an insurance intelligence platform that helps you understand your home insurance policy, compare it against the market, earn cashback through partner retailers, and manage your renewal. Noctus does not sell insurance products directly. Any quotes shown are illustrative and based on publicly available market data.
3. Information, not advice
The information provided by Noctus — including policy analysis, market comparisons, and savings estimates — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or insurance advice. You should make your own independent assessment before making any insurance decisions. Noctus accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of information provided through the platform.
4. Account registration
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to use Noctus. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Magic links are single-use and expire after 15 minutes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Cashback programme
Cashback earned through Noctus is subject to confirmation by our affiliate network partners. Cashback may be reversed if a transaction is cancelled or returned. Cashback is credited to your Noctus account and applied as a discount against your insurance renewal premium. Cashback has no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Noctus. Prohibited uses include: attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the platform, using automated tools to scrape data, or using the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content, design, and technology on the Noctus platform is owned by Noctus Technologies Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noctus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of Noctus after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
